1. Definitions

  1. Member: Refers to any person who registers as a member on this platform by providing accurate personal information.
  2. Content Submission: Refers to the act of uploading content in any file format to designated locations on the platform, allowing the platform to utilize such content.
  3. Submission System: Refers to the collective term for the operational interface and management functions for member content submission.

2. Membership and Registration

  1. Members must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under civil law before registering on this platform. Members must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and ensure this information is kept up to date.
  2. Members must properly manage their accounts and may not transfer, lease, or share their accounts with others. Members are responsible for all activities under their accounts and must immediately notify the platform of any unauthorized use.
  3. Members must properly safeguard their account passwords and must not disclose passwords to any third parties.
  4. If members violate the above provisions, the platform may, without notice, directly restrict, suspend, or delete the member's account as deemed appropriate.

3. Conduct

  1. Members must ensure they understand the consequences of any operations they perform on the platform.
  2. Members may not claim operational errors as grounds for cancellation or exemption from responsibility. The platform bears no responsibility for any consequences resulting from intentional or negligent operational errors by members.
  3. When anyone requests the platform to restrict the use of content based on copyright, privacy, or other legal grounds, the platform will arrange for manual review. Members must respect the platform's judgment and may not dispute the results.

4. Content Submission Restrictions

  1. Content must not be submitted for the purpose of harassment, defamation, infringement, intimidation, or other improper conduct.
  2. Submitted content must not contain obscene or other inappropriate material.
  3. Members should appropriately process any personally identifiable information within their submitted content.
  4. Content published on the platform must be legal and comply with these usage guidelines. The platform may remove any content it deems to be in violation, potentially in violation, or otherwise inappropriate, without providing reasons.
  5. The platform does not review member submissions prior to receiving specific requests for content review from others with concrete reasons. Members should avoid potential disputes related to their content submissions.
  6. The platform may conduct content reviews without notifying members of the results.

5. Service Usage

  1. Members must not engage in any attempts to interfere with the platform's normal operation, including but not limited to spreading viruses, hacking attempts, or other destructive activities.
  2. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate member accounts without providing reasons.

6. Declaration

  1. When members submit content to the platform, except for feedback provided by the platform at different times, they grant the platform and its designated entities a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the content.
  2. The scope of usage includes rights to reproduce, adapt, publicly transmit, distribute, and includes actions such as adding subtitles, maps, additional photos, and masking license plates or faces for de-identification. The platform may obscure the author's name.
  3. After such actions, the platform obtains complete copyright, and no one may use the content without authorization.
  4. The platform may sublicense the content to others under its own name.

7. Restrictions

  1. Content uploaded through the submission system is considered publicly disclosed. The platform only provides exposure and matching services, and does not review content unless reported.
  2. The platform will provide member information when requested by judicial authorities.
  3. The platform reserves the right to randomly inspect content and proactively impose any form of restrictions on content.
  4. The platform will proactively provide content to judicial authorities when it determines that content may involve or has involved criminal activity.
  5. The platform has the right to terminate member accounts without providing any compensation.

8. Breach and Jurisdiction

  1. Members who violate these terms shall be liable for damages and expenses incurred by the platform, including but not limited to attorney fees and litigation costs. The platform may suspend or terminate the user's access to the service.
  2. Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising from the provision or use of the service.
